As a small local construction business, we have an extensive network of fellow trade professionals who have worked with us on numerous projects over the years.   These businesses compliment ours and give customers the reassurance that once we start a project we will commit time and resources to completion within a reasonable time scale.  The other advantage is accountability i.e. each trade knows the overall project requirements and thus ensures that all aspects of each stage are performed to a exceptional standard as otherwise extra work would be required by the next craftsman.

Terms & Conditions

As part of the quote, we will provide a breakdown of the stage payments associated with the project.  In order to maintain excellent relationships with our network, we respectfully request payment in advance for outsourced elements.  As General Contractor we have a duty of care to our customers and will oversee any outsourced work to ensure everything is completed to our high standards.

Customer Participation

If you have friends or family who work in the trades, then we are very happy to work alongside your preferred subcontractor however the relationship and accountability will remain between the customer and preferred subcontractor.
